Gareth Bale has signed a new five-year deal with Real Madrid keeping him at the club until 2021, claims MARCA.
The Wales international has been in tremendous form this year and was Madrid have rewarded the forward for his performances for the club and at Euro 2016 by making him the joint-second highest earner behind Cristiano Ronaldo.
Bale, still has three years left on his existing deal but has continually been linked with a move to Manchester United in recent years, although that will be put to bed once Madrid make the extension official.
The 27-year-old has scored at least three more headed goals than any other player in Europe’s big five leagues since the start of last season (10).
