Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao is looking to force his way out of Stamford Bridge when the transfer window reopens in January, according to the Daily Mirror.
Falcao, 29, has started just one Premier League game for Chelsea since signing on a season-long loan deal from Monaco over the summer.
The Colombia international struggled on loan at Manchester United last season but Jose Mourinho had hoped to get the striker firing again.
However, the Falcao’s time with the Premier League champions looks set to come to an end already after failing to make any impact.
Mourinho admitted he was unaware of Falcao’s impending exit in his press conference prior to their Champions League group game away to Dynamo Kyiv on Monday.
Falcao has found game time hard to come by this season, having added just six substitute appearances to his one start this season.
