Tottenham will not sell Barcelona target

Tottenham are again adament that midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is not for sale despite reports linking him with a summer move to Barcelona, according to Football.London. 

Ndombele has struggled to make the desired impact in north London following his club-record arrival from Lyon last year and rumours are abound that Spurs will cut their losses on the 23-year-old this summer. 

The Frenchman is yet to make an appearance following the return of the Premier League this month and it's reported that Ndombele and head coach Jose Mourinho have endured a high-profile falling out. 

However, despite reports from France suggesting both parties had fallen out, Spurs insist that Ndombele is not for sale. 

This comes amidst reported interest from Barcelona, who are courting the former Lyon man ahead of a potential summer bid. 

Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich, too, have been credited with an interest in the Spurs man, who has made just 12 league starts this season. 

Spurs are under no pressure to sell Ndombele, who is one year into a six-year deal in north London, but it remains to be seen whether he will start their upcoming meeting with Sheffield United.
