Arsenal have announced the arrival of former Chelsea winger Willian on a long-term contract.
Willian confirmed his Chelsea exit over the weekend after failing to agree terms on a new contract.
The Brazil international has now moved across London after sealing an eyewatering £220,000-a-week switch to Arsenal.
Mikel Arteta's side have snapped up the 32-year-old on a free transfer after his contract expired with Chelsea.
Willian has signed an initial three-year deal with Arsenal with an option to extend his stay at the Emirates by a further 12 months.
Chelsea manager Frank Lampard wanted Willian to stay but they were ultimately not willing to sanction a deal of that length to someone entering the twilight of their career.
Willian's departure has also certainly been eased by incomings Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner, with Bayer Leverkusen's Kai Havertz also on the club's radar.
Despite turning 32 on Sunday, the 2019/20 Premier League campaign was the best of Willian's career regarding goals and assists (17).
