Norwich creator Todd Cantwell has emerged as a transfer target for Manchester United, reports The Daily Mail.
Cantwell has caught the the eye of several Premier League clubs this season following a series of thoroughly impressive outings for newly promoted Norwich.
Tottenham have already been credited with an interest in the 21-year-old and now United have joined the race for the midfielder.
United are not interested in signing Cantwell this month but will continue to monitor his progress over the second half of the season with a view to intensifying their pursuit in the summer.
Cantwell played an important role in Norwich’s promotion from the Championship last season and has made a seamless transition to life in the Premier League.
The England Under-21 international played a direct hand in three goals in the Championship last term and has scored and assisted eight goals in his maiden Premier League campaign.
