Simons spent last season on loan at RB Leipzig from PSG and shone in the Bundesliga, and his form has attracted interest from Europe's elite sides.

The Dutch forward, who is currently with the Netherlands national team for Euro 2024, has confirmed he won't return to PSG this summer but will wait until after the tournament before deciding his future.

Tottenham monitoring Italian defender

Tottenham are one of a number of clubs to have held talks over the signing of Bologna defender Riccardo Calafiori, reports CaughtOffside.

Calafiori shone as Italy beat Albania 2-1 on Saturday night and his reputation has soared in recent months having played a key role in Bologna's top-four finish.

Juventus have been heavily linked with a move for the young centre-back with former Bologna boss Thiago Motta keen on bringing Calafiori with him to Turin.

Everton identify Branthwaite replacement

Everton are set to move for Hull centre-back Jacob Greaves as a replacement for Jarrad Branthwaite, according to Hull Daily Mail.

Branthwaite is wanted by Manchester United, and both player and club are believed to have agreed personal terms over a summer switch.

United still need to agree a fee with Everton for Branthwaite, but the Toffees are making contingencies for the youngster's exit with Greaves on their shortlist.

Bayern to miss out on Chelsea man

Bayern have cooled their interest in Chelsea defender Levi Colwill with the German side unwilling to meet the Blues' asking price for the centre-back, reports Sky Sports Germany.

Bayern are looking to bring in a new centre-back this summer with the Bundesliga outfit prepared to listen to offers for Matthijs de Ligt.

And Colwill had been identified as a target for Bayern but they won't be firming up their interest in the 21-year-old.
