Stevan Jovetic will undergo a medical with Inter on Tuesday ahead of his proposed move to Roberto Mancini's side, the club has confirmed.
The Montenegro international will fly into Milan on Monday before signing for the Serie A giants.
Jovetic will join Inter on a season-long loan for a £2.1m fee, before moving to the San Siro permanently next summer for £8.5m.
Current club Manchester City will then recieve a further £2m should Inter qualify for the Champions League.
Jovetic moved to City in 2013, but failed to replicate his Fiorentina performances, with injuries restricting the 25-year-old to just 11 league starts over the last two seasons.
In that time, Jovetic still managed 8 goals and a further 4 assists in the Premier League.
