Steve Mandanda has spent Thursday morning undergoing his Crystal Palace medical at France’s national team training camp at Clairefontaine, according to L’Equipe, via Get French Football.
The 31-year-old is out-of-contract with Marseille and has been heavily linked with a move to Everton and Palace this month.
Everton have reportedly offered Mandanda a three-year deal but the France international appears closer to joining Palace after undergoing his medical ahead of a €2m (£1.6m move).
In the last seven Ligue 1 campaigns only two goalkeepers have made more saves than Mandanda (602).
