Manchester United will make another move for Tottenham striker Harry Kane when the transfer window reopens in January, reports the Daily Mirror.
United have been credited with a long standing interest in Kane, who has eight league goals to his name from 15 appearances this season.
Spurs are keen to hold onto the 22-year-old, though United are prepared to test their resolve with a £50m bid for the England international.
It comes after former Spurs star Teddy Sheringham urged Kane not to waste the chance to move to United should the opportunity present itself.
Kane is averaging the third most shots per game (3.9) in the Premier League this season.
