Manchester City midfielder out till February

Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has been ruled out for up to three months with a hamstring injury.

Nasri, 28, hasn’t featured for City since coming on as a substitute in their 5-1 demolition of Bournemouth midway through October.

The Frenchman has only started seven league matches this calendar year and will play not part for the remainder of 2015 after breaking the news on his official Instagram account.

“What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. I will be back better than ever. See you in three months,” Nasri wrote alongside a photo of himself using crutches.
