Manchester City midfielder open to MLS move

Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has revealed he would be open to playing in MLS in the future.

The former Arsenal star still has four years left to run on the contract he signed last summer but admits he’d like to try something different when his time at City comes to an end.

“I like the English league a lot and my life in England,” Nasri told French TV channel Canal+ Sport.

“Afterwards, I’m thinking more about playing in MLS – to discover something different – rather than going back to France.”

Nasri, 28, has fallen down the pecking order this season following the arrival of Kevin de Bruyne, with only one of his six league appearances coming as a starter thus far.
