Fulham have confirmed midfielder Jean Seri has completed a move to Turkish giants Galatasaray on a season-long loan deal with an option to buy.
The Cottagers broke their club-transfer record to sign Seri from Nice last summer in a deal worth £25m but the Ivory Coast international has been a huge disappointment.
Seri was linked with a move to Barcelona prior to joining Fulham and was considered one of the best midfielders in France after several successful years with Nice.
Fulham, however, were relegated from the Premier League last summer and have been looking to find Seri a new club ever since.
Seri was linked with a move to AC Milan earlier this month but the 27-year-old has now secured a transfer to Galatasaray, who will pay his wages in full next season.
In addition to Seri's wages, Galatasaray have also paid a €1.5m (£1.4m) loan fee and will have the chance to make his switch permanent for a further €18m (£16.2m).
The Fulham midfielder made 32 league appearances last season and returned one goal and two assists for the west London outfit.
Seri created more goalscoring opportunities than any other Fulham player in the Premier League last term (57) and also completed 87% of his passes but garnered a poor WhoScored rating of 6.55.
