Manchester United believe they have the beating of Chelsea for Sancho
Manchester United are confident of landing Borussia Dortmund starlet Jadon Sancho ahead of Premier League rivals Chelsea, claims The Daily Mirror.
Sancho has been heavily linked with a move to United for the past 12 months after developing into the best young player in Europe.
The former Manchester City youngster is expected to leave Dortmund this summer after three years at the club.
Sancho's availability will spark a huge scramble for his signature and Chelsea and United are leading the charge from the Premier League.
Dortmund are expected to command in the region of £120m for Sancho and United are determined to land the hugely talented 19-year-old.
Sancho, who grew up as a Chelsea supporter, was the first player in Europe's top five leagues this season to reach double figures for both goals and assists.
The England international has remarkably already played a direct hand in 25 goals in 19 league matches (12 goals, 13 assists) this season.
He has incredibly scored and assisted on nine separate occasions in the Bundesliga this season, more than any other player in Europe's top five leagues.
Moreover, Sancho has also registered more assists than any other player in Europe's top five leagues since the beginning of last season (27).
