Colombian favours Juventus switch

Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez would favour a summer switch to Juventus, reports Spanish publication Marca.

The Colombia international is rumoured to be on his way out of the Bernabeu this summer with Zinedine Zidane keen to build a squad without the 24-year-old.

Injury has restricted Rodrguez to just 16 league starts this season, though seven goals and seven assists is a commendable return for the former Monaco star.

Nevertheless, Zidane is willing to sanction his sale this summer with a number of Premier League teams linked with a move for Rodriguez.

However, the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United are set to be disappointed with the Colombian favouring a switch to Juventus, where he could link up with compatriot Juan Cuadrado.
