Real Madrid legend urges in-demand striker to return to Spain
Former Real Madrid star Ronaldo has urged in-demand striker Alvaro Morata to reject the chance to stay at Juventus and instead return to Real Madrid.
The Spain international's future is subject to intense speculation, with Arsenal and Chelsea both fighting it out to lure the frontman to the Premier League.
Juventus are also keen on retaining Morata's services, though are powerless to stop him from leaving this summer, with Real Madrid weighing up the possibility of exercising the buy-back clause inserted into his contract.
While it remains to be seen whether the La Liga giants will re-sign Morata this summer, Ronaldo has challenged Morata, 23, to make a name for himself at the Bernabeu.
"In Madrid, there is a lot of pressure. Players who play for Real must know this and avoid thinking about it," Ronaldo told Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport via Sky Sports.
"It's the only way to perform well in a unique team. If I was Morata? I'd leave Juventus for Real Madrid for sure. All players want to play for the biggest club in the world."
Morata has been directly involved in 14 league goals in 34 Serie A appearances for Juventus this season.
