Tottenham are prepared to sell striker Vincent Janssen in the summer after just a solitary season at White Hart Lane, reports the Daily Mirror.
The Netherlands international was a big money arrival from AZ last year yet has netted just one goal from open play for the club, that coming in a 6-0 win over Millwall in the FA Cup.
Janssen was signed to provide competitive and back up to main frontman Harry Kane, yet has failed struggled to fit in with Mauricio Pochettino’s system when given the chance.
Son Heung-min is ahead of Janssen in the striking pecking order, that much was obvious in Spurs’ 2-1 win over Southampton prior to the international break.
The 22-year-old frontman could now be on his way back to his homeland at the end of the campaign as Pochettino looks to free up some funds to bolster his squad.
Janssen is not the only summer arrival set to be show the White Hart Lane exit, with fellow signing Moussa Sissoko also expected to be sold after disappointing following his club-record arrival from Newcastle.
Sissoko, 27, has made just six Premier League starts and has failed to match the heights of his Euro 2016 performances.

Sissoko sucks and needs to go. Can't believe 30 million was spent on him. Janssen can have success in the premier league I think. His hold up play was very good at the beginning but he started to lose confidence as time went on. Also I think he's a guy who needs to start to have success. Hard to come on as a bigger/not speedy striker and really make an impact in 20 mins. Maybe he will get some time here towards the end of the season. My eye test tells me he can be a good player and teams are often too quick to throw in the towel. It takes many players time to adjust to different leagues, new teams, better competition, etc. Unfortunately (and understandably) patience isn't really a virtue when you're trying to compete for titles.
