Barcelona are interested on signing Chelsea full-back Cesar Azpilicueta this summer in a bid to fill the void left by Dani Alves, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Luis Enrique’s side are on the market to sign a new right-back following Dani Alves’ decision to join Juventus this summer and the La Liga champions have turned their attentions from Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin to Azpilicueta.
Azpilicueta, 26, still has three years left to run on his existing deal but the loss of Champions League football and a return to Spain could force the versatile full-back to consider his future at Stamford Bridge.
Since August 2012, only one defender has completed more tackles than Azpilicueta in the Premier League (367).
