Liverpool are weighing up an offer of €30m (£22m) for Inter defender Jeison Murillo, according to Fichajes.
Inter only signed the 23-year-old from Granada at the start of the season but the Colombia international has been one of Roberto Mancini’s star performers in the first half of the season that has seen them end the year top of the league.
Jurgen Klopp is reportedly an admirer of the Inter defender and is keen to bolster his backline with neither Dejan Lovren nor Mamadou Sakho proving reliable partners for Martin Skrtel.
Murillo has been a key component of the Inter defence that has conceded the fewest goals in Serie A this season (11). In fact, not only that, but the defender is also Inter’s highest rated player this season, according to WhoScored.com (7.33).
