Real Madrid will make an approach for out-of-work manager Jose Mourinho, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Portugal international has been out of a job since being sacked as Chelsea manager in December and has been strongly linked with a switch to Manchester United.
However, Los Blancos will look to capitalise on United's indecisiveness over their appointment of Mourinho, with the Old Trafford side in two minds over whether to sack Louis van Gaal.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez remains a big fan of Mourinho following his stint at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu and would be keen to re-appoint the Portuguese boss.
Mourinho, though, is still interested in the United job, but could look elsewhere for work if a deal isn't completed quickly.
