Real Madrid are hoping to lure Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois back to the Spanish capital, reports The Sun.
The Belgian spent three years in Spain with Atletico Madrid before his return to the Blues 2014 and has since established himself as the Blues' number one.
However, with Chelsea widely expected to miss out on a place in Europe this season, the 23-year-old could be about to call time on his career at Stamford Bridge.
That has alerted Real Madrid, who have all but given up their pursuit of Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea.
Reports now suggest Los Blancos are lining up £79m move for Courtois this summer, which would make him the most expensive goalkeeper in the history of the game.
