Chelsea are the frontrunners to sign Augsburg left-back Baba Rahman, according to ESPN.
Jose Mourinho’s side are reportedly competing with Premier League rivals Arsenal and Manchester City for the Ghana international’s signature.
Rahman, 21, finished the campaign as Augsburg's highest rated player (7.37) and their president Klaus Hoffman has already put a €20m valuation on the Ghanian's head.
"We are a very healthy club," Hofmann said. "Baba is one of the biggest talents in the world. Nobody needs to call us and offer €20m," Hoffman told German paper Bild last month.
To those unbeknown to Rahman, he made more tackles (109) than any other player in the Bundesliga last season.
