West Ham will make a £15m bid to sign Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter in January, reports The Sun.
David Moyes will have money to spend in the New Year in a bid to help West Ham beat the drop and Arter has been earmarked as a top target.
Arter has played an instrumental role in Bournemouth’s rise to the Premier League in recent years but has struggled to nail down a regular starting role this season.
Mark Noble's struggles in 2017 have emphasised the need for West Ham to strengthen in midfield and the 27-year-old has been identified as a possible replacement.
Arter, who is used to be one of the first names on the team sheet, has only started 10 Premier League games this season.
In the last three Premier League seasons, only Idrissa Gueye (25), Nicolas Otamendi (24) and Oriol Romeu (23) have picked up more yellow card than Arter (22).
