Liverpool and Stoke are in competition to sign Fenerbahce defender Caner Erkin, according to The Stoke Sentinel.
Erkin, 27, is out of contract at the end of the season and has already been strongly linked with a move to Inter.
The Turkey international has struggled to nail down a regular starting berth at Fenerbahce this season after losing his place in the team at left-back to Hasan Ali Kaldirim.
Erkin reportedly turned down advances from Chelsea and Liverpool to sign a new deal with Fenerbahce in 2014, but he could now be on his way out of the club with only a few months remaining on his current deal.
No player is averaging more key passes per game in the Europa League this season than Erkin (3.3).
