Palace to rekindle interest in Brazilian playmaker

Crystal Palace will step up their interest in Santos star Lucas Lima in January, according to The Sun, via The Croydon Adviser.

Lima, 26, will have entered the final 12 months of his existing deal when the transfer window opens for Premier League clubs in January and Alan Pardew is keen to snap up the exciting Brazilian.

The Santos creator, who has 12 caps to his name, reportedly turned down  a move to Palace on deadline day in order to hold out for a bigger club after impressing in Brazil in recent seasons.
