Michy Batshuayi’s disastrous time with Chelsea could be set to finish after just one season at the club with Antonio Conte prepared to ditch the young striker in the summer, reports The Daily Mirror.
Chelsea shelled out more than £30m and fended off competition from West Ham and Tottenham to land the Belgium international from Marseille last summer but he has failed to make any impact at the club.
The 23-year-old is reportedly struggling to come to terms with Conte’s demands in training and has failed to start matches even with star striker Diego Costa has not been available.
Chelsea are expected to sign another striker in the summer regardless of whether they manage to keep hold of Costa and that would only diminish Batshuayi’s chances of breaking into the starting XI further.
Incredibly, Batshuayi has not even started a league game this season and has remarkably featured in 97 minutes of action spread across 16 games as a substitute.

how can he be a flop when he's never been given a proper chance
@JoeSWFC yep, if you divide total minutes by number of games, it results in a "staggering" 6 mins/game... what can you prove in that time?!
