Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is not budging on his £14m valuation of wantway wideman Andros Townsend, reports The Independent.
The England international is keen on a move away from White Hart Lane this month having failed to establish himself in the starting XI.
Newcastle were strongly linked with a move for Townsend this week, but are not prepared to meet Spurs' price tag for the 24-year-old.
Townsend would be in favour a short-term loan move in order to improve his chances of securing a place in Roy Hodgson's Euro 2016 squad.
However, Levy isn't willing to sanction such a deal, with the Spurs supremo only willing to do business if a team can meet his desired fee.
Watford and West Brom have both been linked with a move for the out-of-favour wideman, though no offer has been made from either club.
Townsend has registered just 64 minutes of Premier League football this season and hasn't featured for the senior side since a 2-1 defeat at Anderlecht at the tailend of October.
