Aston Villa are looking to further strengthen their offensive options after entering talks with Roma to sign Adem Ljajic, according to Sky Sports News.
Ljajic, 23, was previously linked with a move to Manchester United in 2009 before moving to Fiorentina a year later.
The Serbia international has spent the last two years at Roma following an £8m deak and now looks set to move again with Roma’s director of football Walter Sabatini reportedly in England for negotiations with Villa.
The attacking midfielder finished last season as Roma’s top goalscorer in Serie A with eight goals.
