Chelsea and Manchester United match Birmingham's asking price for Bellingham

Chelsea, Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich have all matched Birmingham's £30m asking price for Jude Bellingham, claims The Daily Mirror.

Bellingham will leave Birmingham at the end of the season and has quickly emerged as the most sought after teenage in European football.

The Birmingham teenager is not eligible for a professional contract until he turns 17 in June but is poised to become the most expensive British teenager of all-time.

Due to the success of Jadon Sancho over the last few years, Dortmund believe they can provide Bellingham with the ideal setting to continue his development.

It was thought at one stage Dortmund had won the race for his signature but United have not given up hope.

Bellingham and his family visited United's training complex earlier this month and even called in former manager Sir Alex Ferguson to put on the charm offensive.

The Birmingham teenager was understandably impressed by United's pitch but Chelsea and Bayern are also in the running.

Bellingham has played in a variety of positions for Birmingham this season, ranging from the right wing to defensive midfield and up front.

He has made 25 starts and seven substitute appearances in the Championship this season and returned four goals and two assists.
