Inter sign Chelsea outcast

Chelsea have confirmed Victor Moses has joined Inter on loan for the remainder of the season with an option to buy.

Moses was on loan with Turkish giants Fenerbahce after joining on an 18-month deal in January 2019.

However, Chelsea have terminated the agreement early to enable Moses to reunite with former Blues boss Antonio Conte at Inter.

Moses is Inter's second January arrival from the Premier League following Ashley Young's move from Manchester United earlier this month.

Inter's connection to the Premier League extends far beyond that with Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez moves from United in the summer.

Moses was a key player for Conte during his two years at Chelsea, particularly in the first year when the Blues won the Premier League.

The Nigeria international was quickly disregarded by Conte's successor, Maurizio Sarri, and Inter will have the chance to make his move permanent in the summer.

The 29-year-old had only made six league appearances for Fenerbahce this season and will hope for regular playing time with Inter in their pursuit of catching league leaders Juventus.
