Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has confirmed Phil Jones has suffered a set back in his return to first team action and will be out for another month through injury.
Jones, 24, has only started six games in the last two years after suffering with a series of long-term injuries.
The England international had been in contention to make his first appearance since January in United’s Europa League encounter with Feyenoord on Thursday, but Mourinho has revealed the defender has suffered a knee injury.
Last season was the first time in the last seven years in which Jones has failed to start 10 league games in a single-campaign.
