AC Milan are the latest high profile European club interested in signing Stuttgart centre-back Ozan Kabak this summer, claims Gianluca Di Marzio.
Kabak has a €15m (£13.3m) release clause in his current deal following Stuttgart’s relegation from the Bundesliga last season.
The Turkey international only joined Stuttgart from Galatasaray in January but is regarded as one of the best young defenders in Europe.
West Ham and Bayern Munich are also keen on the 19-year-old, who was named the Bundesliga Rookie of the Year last season.
However, it has now emerged Milan want Kabak to bolster their defensive options this summer and have even made an offer to his representatives.
Only Steven Zuber (five) scored more league goals than Kabak (three) of Stuttgart players in 2019 despite the fact the latter is a centre-back.
Not only that, but only Marco-Oliver Kempf (7.01) secured a higher WhoScored rating than Kabak (6.95) for Stuttgart in the Bundesliga last term.
LOL. Since when AC Milan is a high profile European club? :-D
