West Ham are back in for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette and are prepared to pay £30m to sign him, claim The Daily Mirror.
Lacazette, 25, is widely expected to leave Lyon this summer but has prioritised a move to a club that can offer Champions League football.
The France international has previously been linked with a move to Tottenham but Slaven Bilic’s side are confident their London rivals have switched their attentions to Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi.
West Ham can only provide Europa League football next season but are determined to land a world-class striker this summer.
Since August 2014 only Zlatan Ibrahimovic (57) has scored more goals than Alexandre Lacazette in Ligue 1 (48).

Lacazette aint joining westham just a rumour
I feel like West Ham are aiming too high with their transfer targets. It's like Tottenham trying to buy Neymar, it simply ain't gonna happen. They finished in first 8 for the first time since a very long time(10, 15 years?). It'd be fascinating if Lacazette actually joined them, but he has literally no reason to do it.
@kuba2903 your right im a west ham fan (obviously) and it seems like we think we can sign anyone just because we have a new stadium and europa league, besides this is old news Lacazette has already rejected a move to west ham or spurs
