Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta has ruled out the potential sale of Paulo Dybala this summer amid renewed interest from Barcelona.
The La Liga giants are currently facing a battle to keep Neymar at the club but have reportedly drawing up a list of alternatives with Dybala among those linked with the club.
Dybala has been tipped as the heir to Lionel Messi’s throne in the international stage with Argentina and earlier this week admitted his future is in Juventus’ hands.
Juventus have already sold Leonardo Bonucci to rivals AC Milan this summer and Marotta has closed the book on talk about Dybala’s move to Barcelona.
“Paulo won’t be sold at any price,” he told Tuttosport, via Football Italia. “We’ve rejected so many offers for Dybala. When a player is happy to stay at Juve, he’ll stay for as long as he wants.”
Dybala has spent the last two years with Juventus after joining from Italian side Palermo in 2015 and is widely accepted as one of the best players in Serie A.
Last season Dybala’s campaign was disrupted by injury but he still scored more direct free-kicks than any other player in the division (3).
