Dick Advocaat has remained coy on his future as Sunderland manager after the Black Cats’ 2-2 draw with West Ham on Saturday.
Sunderland blew a two-goal lead against the Hammers, with the stalemate meaning they are one of two teams yet to win a league game in the top 4 divisions of English football this season.
Reports have linked Advocaat with an exit from the Stadium of Light, but despite failing to hold onto the lead against West Ham, the Dutchman is unsure of his future at the club.
When quizzed whether he will be at the Stadium of Light helm after the international break, the Sunderland manager said: “I don’t want to give an answer on that…I cannot say that (I will be manager for the next game.”
Only Newcastle (6.56) have gained a worse WhoScored rating in the Premier League this season than Sunderland (6.60).
