Arsenal yet to offer England internationals new deals
Arsenal risk losing a number of first team players in the next two transfer windows having failed to negotiate new contracts, without even having offered deals to a number of players as yet.
The Daily Mail claim that Jack Wilshere is one of those whose future the Gunners are yet to decide upon.
The midfielder will enter the final six months of his current contract in the New Year and as such be allowed to negotiate with clubs overseas next month with a view to making a move on a free at the end of the season.
There is sure to be plenty of interest from the Premier League in Wilshere’s current situation too, while Theo Walcott is also on the radar of a number of England’s top-flight clubs.
The 28-year-old’s deal doesn’t expire until 2019 but he is believed to be desperate for more regular first team action and has refused to discuss an extension at the club until the end of the current season.
Neither player has started a single Premier League game this season, though both starred as Arsenal progressed to the knockout stages of the Europa League, earning a place in the WhoScored.com team of the group stages.
