Roma president James Pallotta has issued a hands off warning to Manchester United in their pursuit of Radja Nainggolan.
The Serie A giants want to reward Nainggolan with a new long-term contract but the Belgium international is getting impatient at how long it is taking for his future to be resolved.
Nainggolan turned down Chelsea 12 months ago and Manchester United are now interested in signing the 29-year-old as Jose Mourinho looks to land a new central midfielder this summer.
However, United and any other team interested in signing the Roma No.4 may have to turn their attentions elsewhere as Roma insist he is not leaving this summer.
“Nainggolan and [Kostas] Manolas won’t be going anywhere. If we sell, we do so for two seasons,” Pallotta told Sky Italia, via Football Italia.
“First is Financial Fair Play, and in this case we’d be forced to sell in order to meet corporate parameters.
“Second is related to a player’s value. We could sell to buy potentially better players. Therefore, Monchi’s doing a great job.”

Nainggolan enjoyed his most prolific campaign for Roma last season, finishing Serie A with as many goals (11) as his two first seasons at the club combined.
Not only that, but no player has created more chances from open play in Serie A this year than Nainggolan (41).
