Manchester United consider January move for Paris Saint-Germain forward

Manchester United are weighing up a January move for Paris Saint-Germain outcast Lucas Moura, reports The Daily Telegraph.

PSG plan to sell several fringe players this month in order to offset the huge investments from the summer and Moura could be one of those to leave.

The Brazil international has previously been linked with a move to United and Jose Mourinho’s side are now considering a move for the 25-year-old.

Mourinho is determined to bolster his offensive options this month, particularly on the right of attack where he is short of options.

Juan Mata has been forced to play there during Mourinho’s time at United but he doesn’t pack the same punch as the likes of Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial on the opposite flank.

The arrival of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe over the summer has forced Moura out of the picture at PSG, limiting him to just five substitute appearances in the league.

Despite only mustering 72 minutes of league action this season, Moura has still scored and assisted for the Ligue 1 giants.
