Arsenal and Liverpool are set to launch a January bid for Real Madrid midfielder Isco, according to Spanish paper Sport.
Isco, 23, rejected the chance to move to the Premier League prior to joining Madrid in 2013 and is now set for more attention from England’s top-flight.
The Spain international looks to have dropped down the pecking order under Rafa Benitez following the arrival of Mateo Kovacic over the summer.
The former Malaga midfielder’s current deal still has three years to run but it has been reported that he is growing frustrated by limited chances.
Since joining in 2013, no Madrid player has won possession in the attacking third more than Isco (33).
