Real Madrid are readying a cash plus player deal for Tottenham striker Harry Kane as the Spanish side look to firm up their hunt for a new striker, reports the Daily Star on Sunday.
Los Blancos are prepared to offer Spurs £150m for Kane and throw in Gareth Bale to sweeten the deal in their bid to land the England international.
Kane has again been in fine form this season having scored 18 Premier league goals, more than any other player.
Real Madrid have history with Spurs having signed Luka Modric and Bale in the past from the north London side, though the Premier League outfit are adamant he 24-year-old is not for sale.
However, their stance could soften with Real Madrid prepared to offer Bale in any deal for Kane in the La Liga side’s pursuit of a new forward.
Their quest to defend their La Liga crown has been dented by a lack of quality frontman, with Karim Benzema faltering in front of goal and Cristiano Ronaldo struggling to replicate his best form.
Real Madrid are considering selling injury-prone Bale at the end of the season, with Manchester United also linked with a move for the Wales international.
