Man Utd offered the chance to sign Real Madrid youngster

Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign Vinicius Junior by Real Madrid as they seek to fund a move for PSG winger Kylian Mbappe, reports the Sunday Mirror.

United are currently negotiating with Los Blancos over the transfer of Raphael Varane, who is supposedly keen on a move to Old Trafford.

And in negotiations, the Premier League side have been offered the opportunity to bring the Brazilian youngster to England.

United don't necessarily need to spend big on a new winger having acquired Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund, but could utilise the 21-year-old on the left flank given Marcus Rashford will miss the start of the new season.

However, Real Madrid are demanding £68.5m for the Brazil international, who featured for the Copa America hosts over the summer.

United wouldn't be willing to spend such a fee on Vini Jr, however they may look to loan the winger with a view to a permanent move next year.

Youngster Vini Jr made only 22 league starts for Real Madrid last season and is hoping for the chance to impress Carlo Ancelotti, who recently returned to the Bernabeu following his stint as Everton head coach.
