Manchester United will need to spend around £40m if they are to convince Juventus to sell left-back Alex Sandro, reports the Daily Express.
The 25-year-old only moved to the Juventus Stadium last season from FC Porto, but has been a key player in their quest to retain their Serie A title.
His performances have not gone unnoticed either, with United and fierce rivals Manchester City both taking an interest in the Brazilian's development.
United could be interested in adding some competition for Luke Shaw when he returns from injury and bolstering the left-back position, while the City defence is expected to undergo a full a revamp when Pep Guardiola takes charge this summer.
Indeed, Juventus will hope to retain Sandro's services this summer, with his WhoScored rating (7.55) the second best of all players for the club this term.
