Team News

Inter
Arsenal
  • Carlos Augusto is the only absentee for Inter ahead of Wednesday's welcome of Arsenal, with Federico Dimarco expected to deputise on the left.
  • Kieran Tierney, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Riccardo Calafiori and Martin Odegaard all miss the game in Milan.
  • The latter may return for the game at Chelsea this weekend.
  • Declan Rice hasn't travelled with the squad to Milan.

Prediction

  • Inter made it eight games unbeaten as they beat Venezia 1-0 at home on Sunday night. They may well have one eye on this weekend's huge game against Napoli.
  • Arsenal looked toothless in their 1-0 loss at Newcastle on Saturday afternoon. The Gunners are in a bit of a rut having won only two of their last five, while their only win in their last five away games came at lower league opposition Preston.
  • Inter should feel confident of maximising home advantage to land a narrow win on Wednesday.

  • This new format is pretty nice, all mugardiola, farteta, enrique etc tactics are proven to be useless at this level

  • What is going on with Arsenal lately?

  • Arsenal robbed

  • @richccfc I mean it was an unlucky penalty to concede, but they didn't show much either other than that Havertz shot. Overall this was always going to be a match where both team would be happy with a draw, and that kinda showed in the gameplay.

  • Could be a low scoring game u2.5 1.83

  • BTTS both halves easy dollar to boost your accounts. Get on

  • BTTS

  • Arsenal will walk this

  • @Itsislom Not sure about that M8, I am a huge Gunner fan and we have been pretty shit lately, Inter have not been great but it won't be easy. Should be a good match either team could win this imho

  • Inter DNB @ 1.90 Odds

  • 'DanInter' whats your view on this game ?

  • @Marbella There are some news about Inzaghi resting key players, so if any1 is going to bet on this match, they should only do so with confirmed line ups. If Inter indeed rests the likes of Thuram/Dimarco then I would not put money on them, especially with Lautaro being in rather sh.t form as well. The two positives going for Inter are: Chalhanoglu's return and Arsenal's shaky form, but Inter isn't doing that much better. TBF this match is very similar to PSG-Atletico, not really a match to bet on IMO.

  • The typical match that i only can see the typical draw (0-0/1-1).

  • Guys this match should be low scoring becuse how both team play in Europa. So i would be suprize if 3 goals be here. under 2.5 or under 3

  • Inter have kept 5 clean sheets in their last 7 matches.

  • inter win and under 2.5

  • Are you having a laugh with the Arsenal team? No Saka? Also think Havertz will start even though I think they should change things. Also expect Timber to play at LB. Don't see Zinchenko starting.

  • @Slickz Whoops! Apologies, I forgot to change the predicted XI before publishing. Thanks for flagging!

  • @BenMcAleer1 No worries mate. Good job your doing nevertheless.

  • @Slickz the arsenal 'high days' are over

  • @Slickz does it matter arsenal aint winning this game

  • @IanWright I have seen more unreasonable things happen last years.. but it shouldn't be today.

  • @papaitucano Rice is a big miss and is the connection between defence and attack and hes not travel for the game , the games going to be won in midfield in my opinion but we shall see

  • draw

  • @IanWright We'd celebrate a draw as a victory in this one. Don't like our chances. We play like Tony Pulis Stoke and it can't only be on Odegaard to create.

  • @Overmars yeah arsenal seem to have involved in to that sort of set up now, Carragher mentioned a Jose team

  • @Overmars Arsenal's problem was the same last years like Sporting's, the mentality in the middle of the season was “next year will be the year”. Arteta lifted the team and is unlucky not to win the league last year. Ruben Amorim already knows the secret to being champion after +15 years. So in a recent future 2/3 years MU maybe will win the league and Arsenal will continue being a “lol team”. I like Arsenal but what they do to their fans in some games is scary… This year they should be even more connected.
