- St Mirren manager Stephen Robinson made three changes from Saints' 3-0 defeat at home to Celtic, before they departed Dundee with a point after a four-goal thriller with the spoils shared in a 2-2 draw before the international break.
- Alex Iacovitti made way as Alex Gogic moved back to centre-back, accompanying Richard Taylor and Marcus Fraser in the Buddies' back three. Caolan Boyd-Munce joined Mark O'Hara and Killian Phillips in the midfield trio.
- Scott Tanser replaced Jaden Brown at left wing-back, with Shaun Rooney continuing on the right-hand side. Jonah Ayunga dropped onto the bench, as Mikael Mandron joined Toyosi Olusanya in attack and both scored last time out. New signing Kevin van Veen could be in contention to start in attack.
- Kilmarnock boss Derek McInnes made four changes after Killie's European adventure came to an end despite drawing 1-1 with Copenhagen at Rugby Park, before they were held at home by Hibs by the same scoreline before the break.
- Corrie Ndaba replaced Jack Burroughs in the Killie back four to join Lewis Mayo, Joe Wright and Stuart Findlay. Danny Armstrong and Matty Kennedy continued on the right-hand side of midfield and left-hand side respectively.
- A new central midfield pairing of David Watson and Liam Polworth replaced Liam Donnelly and Brad Lyons against Hibs. Despite scoring the goal against Copenhagen, Marley Watkins made way for Bruce Anderson who rescued a point from the spot.
