Bellingham's performance was fantastic, he had the best statistics among Real Madrid players with 93.9% correct pass.
He received the balls under pressure and distributed them among the players in the best way with high technique and confidence, as we saw in the goal scene.

bit gutted since city did attack more had more (half) chances etc. they only have themselves to blame tho, they had 120 mins to score twice & not go to pens, and then their pens were bad. this is what happens when you do side passes 9 out of 10 times, this city side was far less direct than last year, silva didnt even go right once, only to the crowded middle. grealish cant get past carvajal - reals most underrated player over the years. they looked most dangerous with doku that did vary his decisions. im aware its peps tactics, also the crosses to deal with the bus parking - but haaland poor heading. the importance given to akanji in this match was also a mistake, he was not up to the task in midfield. props to madrid defense. wont prop them too much for the goal - overall their counterattacks were not the most inspired. today they won the age old battle between the 2 playstyles, it was close unlike last year, but as always a spectacle. coaching of these 2 teams is above every other.

Without being a cityfan I must say that this was totally unjust. They should've kept the away goal rule. Even if Real would turn out to win the cup there is no way you can convince anyone that they're the best team in Europe. They were totally outplayed here and over the two legs.
