Team News

Fenerbahce
Ankaragucu
  • Nigerian right-back Bright Osayi-Samuel is at AFCON, meaning Mert Muldur will start.
  • Rodrigo Becao is still unfit and Jayden Oosterwolde is suspended. However, Alexander Djiku is back and will return to the starting XI.
  • Leonardo Bonucci is carrying a minor knock and will be assessed. If deemed unfit, Serdar Aziz will start.
  • Fred will be sidelined until mid-March with an injury. Rade Krunic will deputise.
  • Garry Rodridgues, who isn't a regular starter, is at AFCON.
  • Alper Uludag has undergone knee surgery so Matej Hanousek will start.

Prediction

  • Fenerbahce needed a late penalty to overcome Basaksehir 1-0 last time out. For the second game in a row, they wasted chance after chance and almost dropped two further points. However, as long as they keep on creating chances, the talented names in the squad will certainly start finding the net again.
  • Ankaragucu were 2-0 winners against Karagumruk last time out. Neither team looked strong going forward, but Belozoglu's men did better with the few chances they created and deserved to win.
  • Fenerbahce will attack this game from the get-go and are unlikely to suffer from a goal draught for three games in a row.
