- Rob Edwards lost centre-backs Tom Lockyer and Teden Mengi to injury in Saturday's 3-1 loss at Brentford, and with Reece Burke and Mads Andersen sidelined, the Luton boss may change shape to a 4-2-3-1.
- Ryan Giles is expected to come in at left-back in the absence of Alfie Doughty, while Dan Potts, Cauley Woodrow and Marvelous Nakamba are sidelined.
- Albert Sambi Lokonga is ineligible to face his parent club, though is injured anyway.
- Takehiro Tomiyasu is a doubt having been forced off late on in Arsenal's 2-1 win over Wolves.
