Team News

Man Utd
Burnley
  • Erik ten Hag will hope to have Jonny Evans and Marcus Rashford available for selection here. If the former fails to recover, Casemiro will start at centre-back again.
  • Seven players continue to miss out for Manchester United and Ten Hag could make one change to the XI that started the 4-2 win over Sheffield United, with Scott McTominay potentially replacing Christian Eriksen in midfield.
  • No fewer than five players miss out for Burnley on Saturday afternoon.
  • Vincent Kompany could go with the same XI that started the 4-1 win at Sheffield United last weekend.

Prediction

  • Manchester United were given a scare in midweek but eventually got the job done to beat Sheffield United 4-2. United are now unbeaten in three at home, winning two.
  • An upturn in form has boosted Burnley's survival hopes with the Claret's now just three points off safety. However, they have lost their last three trips to Old Trafford and boast one of the worst away records in the division even after last week's resounding win at Bramall Lane.
  • Burnley will feel confident of getting among the goals on Saturday but United should have enough to get the job done on home turf.

  • Man Utd bottlers :)

  • I'm done watching PL for this season, it's not even open to argument anymore. There is always injustice against all teams from time to time, but it's unbearable at this point and the result wasn't even important. Clear play with hand in the end, also would be a 100% pen if Garnacho's position was against United yet he didn't even bother watching.
