Solid win for Tottenham and three points they didn't get last season.
Tottenham lost this fixture last season but have shown a lot more cohesion and resilience since then. Tottenham and Southampton haven't shared a 0-0 since 2001 so perhaps one is overdue or it could be one of those first day goal fests. Walker-Peters and Ward-Prowse to score for Southampton and Harry Kane to score at least one for Tottenham. Tottenham 3-2 Southampton
