Arsenal
Everton
- Rob Holding returns from suspension but now Arsenal have lost Takehiro Tomiyasu to injury for their final game.
- Mikel Arteta will certainly ponder changes after such a dismal performance in defeat to Newcastle on Monday. The problem is options are thin in areas that need change.
- Alexandre Lacazette should come in for his first Premier League start since the start of April.
- Everton secured their top-flight status with a remarkable comeback against Crystal Palace on Thursday and can now head into the last game of the season with the pressure off.
- Ben Godfrey and Donny van de Beek were back from injury to make the bench on Thursday and are options to start here.
- Yerry Mina and Fabian Delph could return for the final game but with nothing riding on this match they may not be risked.
- Jarrad Branthwaite returns from suspension but Salomon Rondon remains unavailable due to a ban.
- Demarai Gray played a key role in the comeback win against Palace and will hope to be rewared with a start here.
- Lampard was full of praise was Dele Alli after the victory against Palace and he should be rewarded with his full league debut for the club.
Only chance Arsenal have to win this if Everton manage to secure survival before this match or tire themselves out. I see Everton getting something from this.
@Overmars so it's done, and Norwich can win not being the last in table :D
@wladi83 Almost done, but it's still not certain that Everton will not hit by point deduction so they have to give their best.
Arsenal to score over 1.5 goals @1.40
Let's all just take a moment to appreciate that on 15th March 2022 Arsenal were 6 points ahead, had +7 goal better goal difference, and had a game in hand. Arsenal dodged playing Tottenham in January only to get smashed 3-0 in May. Tottenham finished 4th, Arsenal finished 5th. At least in 2016 Tottenham still qualified for the Champions League.
What odds for Dele to get the winner?
