- Marcus Thuram has served his five-game ban and will return to the squad.
- Swiss forward Breel Embolo should also return to the squad after being dropped in midweek for contravening COVID-19 regulations.
- Striker partner Alassane Plea is also fit again after minor injury worries.
- Valentino Lazaro suffered a minor muscle tear and looks likely to miss out again.
- Key midfielder Denis Zakaria made his return recently after over eight months out.
- Axel Witsel has torn his Achilles and will not play again this season, but Emre Can is available after suspension.
- Marco Reus will be keen to impress against his former employer.
- English youngster Jude Bellingham returned from a foot injury at the weekend.
- Thorgan Hazard cannot shake off a muscle injury to face his former club, while Thomas Delaney is suspended after picking up five yellows.
- Thomas Meunier has recovered from a muscle injury, while former skipper Marcel Schmelzer recovers from a knee op.
When they sacked Favre they were 5 points behind Bayern, now it's 10, Bayern has a game in hand and they might drop to 8th. Favre wasn't great, but still decent enough for top 4. Not sure Terzic is. Competition is tough this year. No way Haaland will want to stick around without UCL football
@alx30 In a recent "Kicker" interview president Watzke is lamenting, that it is best for Haaland to stay with Dortmund and mature as a forward no matter what. There would be no bigger club than Dortmund who offer him the same infrastructure etc. LOL

Individual and GK mistakes from Dortmund helped Gladbach with their goals, but 2nd half shows Terzic is out of his depth tactically. Gladbach prevented them from creating decent chances way too easily after Rose changed formation
